Roger Harrod's wealth of experience and training covers the better part of four decades of service. Over his career Roger Harrod has achieved the following milestones:

- Bachelor of Science from Clarkson University
- 38 Years of Medium and Heavy Duty On-Highway Experience
- 29 Years of Diesel and Automatic Transmission Training Experience
- 5 Years of Thomas Built Buses Training Experience
- Certified Instructor for:
- Detroit Diesel
- 53,71,92,8.2, series 50 and series 60 engines
- MBE 900, MBE 4000, MB 300-400-500
- EGR Engines (all)

- Allison Transmissions:
- AT500, MT600, HT700, V700
- ATEC, CEC, WTEC
- 4th generation electronics
- DOC program

- Thomas Built Buses Train the Trainer Program
